In 28-32mm heroic scale. The Hyperion is modular, so you can build it with more or less sections, and it has some simple interior options. There are nice smooth surfaces to give you plenty of space to add weathering detail to make this an old rusted pirate ship, or you can keep it as a sleek looking military patrol boat. You can build this without the cabins for a barge version as well. This kit comes with the Build Guide.
