That he's been touched too deep by the undercity's madness and mutation. He doesn’t talk much—some say he can’t. Others say he’s just listening for the shot that’s meant for him.
Some even whisper that he’s not just a gunslinger. That horns aren't the only thing twisted about him. That Varn Brakk is looking for the someone... or something... that made him, and until he finds them, this City won’t know peace.
